This Privacy Policy applies to the TikTok Developer application named Secret VIP Posting at https://posting.secret.vip. Secret VIP Posting is the social posting and approval app used for planning, reviewing and publishing approved short-form content through connected social accounts.

We process application form data, account identifiers, display names, profile information returned by authorized OAuth providers, post metadata, media URLs, publishing settings, publish IDs, status values, support messages and technical server logs where needed to provide the service.
Data is used to operate the website, handle access applications, authenticate users, display connected accounts, prepare creator approvals, publish posts after explicit user action, retrieve publishing status and provide support.
Connected social accounts are authorized by the account holder through the relevant platform OAuth flow. Production deployments store access tokens encrypted at rest. Platform secrets are never exposed to the browser. Users may revoke access through the service or directly in the relevant platform account settings.
The service is hosted on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Server logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, user agents and technical request metadata.
Application and publishing data is kept only as long as required to provide the service, maintain audit history or comply with legal obligations. Onboarding and support data can be deleted after access evaluation or support testing.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of their personal data and may object to processing where legally applicable. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
