These Terms of Service apply to the TikTok Developer application named Secret VIP Posting at https://posting.secret.vip. Secret VIP Posting is the social posting and approval app used for planning, reviewing and publishing approved short-form content through connected social accounts.

3. Service

The service provides social content planning, approval and publishing workflows for music artists, creators, managers and their teams.

4. User control

Users remain responsible for all content published through their connected social accounts. The service only publishes after explicit user action and consent inside the platform-specific composer.

5. Platform terms

Users must comply with TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, Facebook and X terms, community guidelines, music policies, API policies and platform-specific publishing requirements.

6. Commercial and AI disclosure

Users must accurately disclose AI-generated, paid, branded, promotional or commercially influenced content where required by platform policy or law.

7. Account access

Social accounts are connected through OAuth. Access can be disconnected by the user at any time in the service or directly through the relevant platform account settings.

8. Availability

The service may be updated, limited or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, platform API changes or security reasons.
